The eye-catching design features three inter-connected structures connected by “knuckles” or atria that allow the building to curve gently on its site. Extensive use of glass on the main façade and a dramatic two-story main lobby add to the building’s appeal. The facility houses 1,600 workers and includes numerous state-of-the-art amenities, including conference rooms, media rooms, a full-service cafeteria and locker rooms. The Tilt-Up Concrete Association recently recognized the project for its innovative design.

The Harvest Bank project involved the interior renovation of a 9,000 sq. ft., 150 year old, three-story building in downtown Frederick, Maryland’s historic district. The completed project includes a first floor branch bank, second floor corporate offices, while the third floor is reserved for future office space. While the building’s façade reflects and respects the historic nature of the city, its new amenities very successfully meet the needs of today’s occupants.
