Morgan-Keller Construction Honored at 2010 ABC Awards

Morgan-Keller Construction was honored for the ninth consecutive year from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Cumberland Valley Chapter. “These awards are a tribute to Morgan-Keller Construction’s dedication to constructing buildings that are both structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing,” said Brad Guyton, President and CEO of Morgan-Keller Construction. “The awards are a testament to our team members’ hard work and commitment to excellence.”

Morgan-Keller Construction Completes Project

Morgan-Keller Construction completed the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church project. The project consisted of a four-story addition to the existing building, approximately 11,500 sq. ft. The new space includes administrative offices, a conference room, children’s classrooms, restrooms and storage.

Morgan-Keller Awarded Clemson Corner Project

Frederick, MD - Morgan-Keller Construction has been awarded the contract to construct the 42,000 square foot retail center, Marshalls and an additional 10,000 - 17,000 square feet of retail space for Faison at Clemson Corner in Frederick, MD. The project is part of a larger retail center which will include a Wegmans grocery store and a Lowes home improvement center.

The Clemson Corner contract was awarded to Morgan-Keller Construction in June. The construction schedule for the retail center will take approximately six months to build. Construction is set to start in July.

This is Morgan-Keller Construction’s second project with Faison having completed Stone House Square retail center located in Hagerstown, MD in 2009, an ABC award winner for Excellence in Construction.
