Morgan-Keller to Start Beltsville-Laurel Senior Center
Frederick, MD - Morgan-Keller is set to start construction of the Beltsville-Laurel Senior Center in mid August. The new project will be a one-story, 23,000 square foot senior center located in Laurel, Maryland.
The contract was awarded to Morgan-Keller in July 2009. The senior center will take approximately 15 months to build. “We are very excited to start this project,” Bill Hasson, Business Development Manager for Morgan-Keller stated. “Senior centers are a specialty of Morgan-Keller and reflect our on-going activities in the senior housing sector.”
Morgan-Keller is one of Maryland’s largest and most respected commercial builders, with offices in Frederick and Columbia. Now in its 54th year of operation, M-K’s resume of recently completed projects includes office buildings, retail centers, hotels, healthcare/biomedical and the expansion of several senior living facilities.
